About the Role
As our Web Designer, you’ll take the lead in redesigning the Lifeline Global website from the ground up. You’ll work closely with our communications and leadership teams to create a visually stunning, user-friendly, and impactful online presence that inspires action and builds trust with donors, partners, and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
- Redesign the Lifeline Global website for maximum impact and usability
- Develop modern, responsive layouts and engaging visual content
- Collaborate with communications, leadership, and technical teams
- Ensure accessibility, SEO, and performance best practices
- Implement new features (donation forms, stories, media galleries, etc.)
- Maintain brand consistency and elevate our visual identity
- Gather feedback and iterate on design improvements
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional web design experience
- Strong portfolio of modern, responsive websites
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Solid HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript skills
- Experience with accessibility and SEO best practices
Preferred Experience
- Experience designing for NGOs or mission-driven organizations
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of web analytics and A/B testing
- Motion/interaction design skills a plus
- Passion for humanitarian causes
